Dr. Kristy Leissle has been researching and writing about cocoa and chocolate since 2004.
She is author of the book Cocoa, on industry geopolitics, Co-Founder of the Cocoapreneurship Institute of Ghana, and Affiliate Faculty in African Studies at the University of Washington. She lives in Accra.
